Product Details:

Laboratories require different types of chemicals. Therefore, the appropriate chemical cabinet must be selected based on the characteristics of the chemicals. The PP chemical cabinet is a product specially designed for the storage and leak prevention of strong acids and highly corrosive chemicals. It is suitable for various laboratories: pharmaceutical laboratories, video laboratories, semiconductor laboratories, trace metal laboratories, biological laboratories, and electronic laboratories, etc.

The standard Size of the PP chemical cabinet is 900*450*1800MM (width * depth * height), with four doors that open towards the center, with glass on the top and solid bottom. Other Sizes and Specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Materials of each part of the cabinet:

1. Cabinet body: Made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet, with excellent corrosion resistance. It is seamlessly welded with the same color welding rod to ensure the firmness and sealing of the cabinet body.

2. Cabinet door: Made of the same PP sheet.

3. Window: Made of 5mm PS sheet.

4. Shelves: Made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet, with edges all around and integrally welded without any waste materials. The overall design is movable, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, freely combining the space of each layer. The shelves can be placed in either direction; when placed in the reverse direction, the edges on all sides provide a certain degree of anti-spill effect.

5. Door handle: Made of injection-molded PP material, with good corrosion resistance. (Color optional)

6. Door hinges: Made of injection-molded PP material, with good corrosion resistance. (Color optional)

7. Screws: PP or 304 stainless steel material.

Warning label: A warning label is affixed to the cabinet door opening to remind surrounding people to pay attention to safety.
