    Product Details:

    The PP fume hood uses a porcelain white PP board, which is beautiful and generous; it has the characteristics of being resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and corrosion; it reduces environmental pollution and protects the health of users. Common specifications include 1200*850*2350MM, 1500*850*2350MM, and 1800*850*2350MM.

    Material of each part of the fume hood:

    1. Cabinet: Made of 8-12mm thick PP board, with excellent acid and alkali resistance. After precise CNC cutting and processing, it is welded and trimmed with the same color and material welding rod, and the surface has no sharp corners.

    2. Upper Cabinet: The exhaust hood adopts a top-cover exhaust design, with one ∮250mm exhaust port. The baffle is made of the same PP material, with excellent acid and alkali resistance. The installation size is scientific and reasonable, with no airflow dead corners, to obtain the maximum exhaust gas capture performance.

    3. Operating Table: The table is made of 10mm--12mm PP board, with excellent acid and alkali resistance. The sink on the fume hood table is configured according to user requirements.

    4. Lower Cabinet: Storage cabinet, partitions can be added in the middle. The hinges are colored plastic hinges with good corrosion resistance. The handle is the same PP handle.

    5. Adjustment Door:

    a. Adjustment door glass: Made of 4mm thick transparent acrylic glass, with excellent acid and alkali resistance.

    b. Adjustment door frame: Made of thick PP board C-shaped groove, embedded combination, to ensure safety and durability.

    c. Adjustment door suspension steel rope: Each fume hood adjustment door is connected by a steel rope.

    d. Adjustment door balance weight: Using a stepless weight box design, its up and down stroke has a silent track to limit it to avoid shaking and collision.

    6. Electrical Equipment:

    a. Switch: LCD switch or 12V touch switch, centrally controlling the entire circuit system.

    b. The fluorescent lamp is hidden in the panel, does not contact the airflow in the fume hood, and is easy to replace. It uses one 30W fluorescent lamp and has 4mm transparent acrylic glass.

    c. Socket part: Each fume hood is equipped with 4 220V 10A power sockets with splash-proof covers.

    Precautions for using the fume hood:

    ◆Before starting the experiment, you must confirm that the fume hood is running before conducting the experimental operation.

    ◆At least 5 minutes before the end of the experiment, the fan must continue to run for 5 minutes to exhaust the remaining gas in the pipeline. You can also consider installing an exhaust time delay device to ensure that the fan runs with a delay.

    ◆During the experiment, do not place any equipment within 150mm of the glass window. Large experimental equipment must have sufficient space and should not affect the flow of air. The front window should be closed as much as possible during use.
