Product Details:

The PP/PVC scrubbing tower utilizes contact between gas and liquid to transfer pollutants from the gas to the liquid, then separates the clean gas from the contaminated liquid, achieving the purpose of purifying the air. Waste gas is treated via a packed-bed acid mist scrubbing tower using a counter-current gas-liquid absorption method, where the liquid is sprayed down from the top of the tower in a mist (or small droplets). The waste gas flows up through the tower body (counter-current flow) to achieve gas-liquid contact. This treatment cools the waste gas, conditions the gas, and removes particles, and after passing through a demisting section, it is discharged into the atmosphere.

Working Principle:

The fan unit of the acid mist scrubbing tower system draws the collected waste gas into the acid mist scrubbing tower, flowing through the packing layer section (the medium for gas/liquid contact reaction), allowing the waste gas to fully contact the chemical solution (washing liquid) flowing on the surface of the packing material, to absorb the acidic or alkaline pollutants contained in the waste gas. After washing, the waste liquid is collected in the collection tank and then discharged to the wastewater treatment system.
